• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (5 hrs per day, 7 days a week), cook (for breakfast and lunch - cost of food extra), gardener, and pool maintenance

• Change bathroom and pool linens every other day
• In-house laundry service twice per week

• Non-smoking villa • Pets not permitted • Washing machine are not accessible to guests • Staff living in an independent annex, guests privacy is guaranteed • For events at the villa, an extra fee will be applied • The villa is not suitable for mobility-impaired guests • All extra services must be paid in cash locally, prior to departure • The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven/fourteen days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

The walled hilltop medieval town of Montepulciano, the picturesque Cetona, the charming thermal villages of San Casciano dei Bagni and Bagno Vignoni are also well worth a visit.
