A tour at one of the local wineries so you and your group can sample a diverse range of local flavors. For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • The ping pong table is now located in the garage. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax. • SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • Unfortunately, the courtside lights don't turn on any longer. • Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. There is also a sleeper sofa in the upper living area. • Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and wifi are limited at our home. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
