• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, mice, and coyotes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving items outside unattended and keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay. • Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. • Please note that pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons. • No events or parties are allowed at this property. • Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Please note that the indoor fireplace is unavailable for guest use due to safety reasons. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
