While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. • Pets may be permitted upon request, at an additional fee. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay (maximum temperature of 86). Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. • Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
