• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella. However, the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. • Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the team. Please do not attempt to adjust the bed on your own. • Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries. • During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. • Each home can accommodate up to 3 cars. Each home driveway can accommodate 3 compact cars. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
