• Pool heat is available October-April for an additional fee. Pool heat must be requested at least 24-48 hours before your stay. • Pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. • This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles. • Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry. • The garage houses one full bathroom, conveniently situated near the game room and 7th bedroom. Please note that this bathroom does not have heating or cooling facilities. • Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Driveway accommodates a maximum of 8 vehicles. No street parking. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • This home accepts a maximum of two pets. This home allows pets for a fee.
