No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am • For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time • Rates are subject to change without notice • This property is located in a tropical, lush area so wildlife and insects should be expected. It is regularly fumigated, however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season
