Villa Amapas I and II sit side by side in the exclusive area of Conchas Chinas known for its beautiful beaches and wonderful sunsets. Villa Amapas II, known as South Villa consists of 4 suites. This villa is also on two levels, the first level comprehends the kitchen, formal dining and one king-size bed suite by the pool which is also located on this level, along with an open air dining table and bar. The second level consists of the Master Suite with one king-size bed and two additional suites, one with two queen-size beds and another one, dubbed the "The kids room" with one king-size bed and two additional large built-in single beds. The Villas have been decorated with the most impeccable taste and artful mind. Old Mexico meets modern comfort: Renowned artists have painted frescoes throughout the villas, antique doors welcome you to privacy and comfort, including: complementary bathrobes for your stay, high speed internet access, fax, telephone, your own private chef, and one extensive list of wines are only some of the amenities that, along with our attentive staff will make your stay at Villa Amapas an unforgettable experience.

If services are required: Guests pay $50 (US) for each member of staff asked to work on a regular Sunday, and $100 if Sunday is also a legal holiday.

Living The Good Life
We stayed with our kids and young grandkids over the winter holidays The house is beautiful with a total ocean view and warm pool The only thing to consider is that the kids room aka 4 th bedroom is up lots of winding stairs so not suitable for young kids and the 5 th bedroom is very far removed from the house making it good for teenagers The staff was wonderful and met all of our needs and then some They were totally accessible Beach is public and pretty rocky but useable We were all very very happy
