Guests are welcomed to the home through the entranceway courtyard which features a lovely Spanish wall fountain and a small garden dotted with palms and desert flora. Intricately-patterned wrought iron doors open into the bright, sun-filled interior of the villa. Guests will be wowed by the beauty of Villa de los Faros' majestic great room. Under the vaulted wood-beamed ceilings is a formal dining area with seating for eight, and a stylish sitting area adorned with niches covered in gorgeous tile mosaics. Two impressive stone archways open onto the terrace, framing breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Next to the dining area, de los Faros' kitchen blends elegance and functionality to create the perfect space to host a lavish party or cook an intimate dinner. There is a large island with a double range gas stovetop, deluxe stainless steel appliances, a bar fridge and large apron-front sink, which are all surrounded by beautiful light maple cabinets, granite counters, and stone columns that add an elegant structural element to the space. From romance to whimsy, tropical cool to Mexican charm, each bedroom suite at Villa de los Faros is beautifully decorated with its own unique design and mood. The four principal bedrooms have King beds, and decadent ensuite baths, and most feature ocean views. There is a fun and vibrant children's suite with two Twin bunk beds, playful artwork, colourful linens, a table for activities and plenty of space to move around. For even more privacy, there is a separate casita with a Queen bed, ensuite bath, kitchenette and casual seating area. A spiral staircase in the great room leads down to the villa's second level of luxury living. French doors connect the bedrooms on this floor to a terrace that has a lush green lawn, a large jacuzzi, and a traditional palapa shade covering an outdoor dining area with a table and wrap-around sofa seating. Tropical flowers and low-lying palms surround this terrace to create a naturally beautiful privacy hedge that doesn't distract from the stunning ocean views. On the upper-level terrace, there is a wet bar and grill station with a deluxe stainless steel gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table under the columned veranda, as well as several lounge areas where guests can relax under the warm Baja sun. A beach entry infinity pool extends out at the edge of the terrace, reaching toward the azure waters of the Cortez beyond.
