Located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, your family will find two ocean-front swimming pools, a beach café and bar, an ice cream shop, and a beach shop all steps away from 131 Grand Pavilion. Nightly and weekend entertainment can often be found on the Boardwalk during the Summer Season. Finally, to make the perfect vacation, you need wonderful accommodations. Originally designed as a small bed and breakfast, 131 Grand Pavilion has plenty of room for your family. Each bedroom features new solid surface flooring, a full bath, HVAC control, and a smart television. Bedding includes two king beds and four queen beds. With many new enhancements, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the first level and provide a comfortable location for your family to gather and share their many experiences at the beach. Once the stories have ended, everyone can enjoy the large flat screen television or head back to the beach for an evening filled with fun, looking for sand crabs or maybe sand dollars. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.

• To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival

• You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out services are not available from May to September. • Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. • Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. • From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) • • • The pools are open year round but are not heated. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
