The property lies only 18 Km away from the world-famous city of Dubrovnik. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and greenery with stunning views of the clear Adriatic Sea, the villa features a private outdoor pool, two large terraces with indoor and outdoor dining, an outdoor barbecue and four parking spots. The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms including 5 bathrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one is in the side annex. On the ground floor, you can find three modern luxury rooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a tub. On the upper floor, you can find two primary bedrooms with a king-size bed, a private bath with tub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The villa has a wireless internet connection, satellite TV, Play Station, safe, smoke detectors, professionally equipped kitchen, villa manager, and host.
