Ibiza Style Barcelona is a luxurious and spacious property with a garden area surrendered by a natural park for maximum privacy, with amazing sea views just fifteen minutes from Barcelona downtown and seven minutes from the nearest beach. Equipped with the latest technology available, remote control lights, centralized heating and air conditioning among many others. The villa has security cameras in the garden, entrance and garage, recording 24h/day. The alarm is not operative while in rental except for stays of more than two weeks on request. The villa is located in a private gated residential community with a 24-hour security company. The main area is on the fifth floor, a spacious kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a restroom, and a spacious living area where you can find a spectacular dining table that sits comfortably up to sixteen guests. All this is connected to the swimming pool and garden areas with a pond, grill area, bar, jacuzzi, Finish Sauna and a chill-out area with unmatched views. On the fourth floor, there is a magnificent master bedroom with an extra-large king-sized bed, and a glassed Hamman (Turkish bath), a large rain shower and a massage table. The large glass doors allow for a panoramic view of the sea. On the third floor, you can find a state-of-the-art gymnasium, as well as an office area with a five-meter long work desk. There are also four guest rooms and three bathrooms. On the second floor, you have an independent bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor, the laundry room (opened on the housekeeping schedule). On the ground floor, you will find an arcade game room with a foosball table, billiard table, arcade machines, ping pong table, air hockey table, electronic darts and pinball machine.

• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (Monday to Saturday - six hours/day)
