Villa Maya is carved into the rocks upon where it stands, an impressive building with stunning views from the outdoor terraces as far as the Elaphiti islands. It is an oasis of peace in an idyllic setting. The décor is a selection of classic maritime colours and designs with white and blue hues, in keeping with its position by the sea. There is an elegant living room where the French doors can be opened so the fresh sea air can fill the house, or guests may choose to sit in the comfortable outdoor chairs on the covered terrace and watch the world go by. The sea in this part of the Mediterranean is known for its cleanliness and crystal clear water – you can enjoy direct access to the sea from the villa, or sunbathe on the platform just in front of the sea. There are four bedrooms, all located on the upper floor including a master bedroom with balcony and sea views. Villa Maya is just outside Dubrovnik, known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. To live up to a moniker like that, it would have to be a special place and we think this walled city with cobbled streets, and petit restaurants all within well-preserved medieval walls do just that. Garden and terrace with Mediterranean plants. Loungers, chairs, and covered dining areas. If your group exceeds seven guests a newly built annex is available for two further guests at an additional charge. The annex is located next to the main building and includes a queen-size bed, folding sofa bed, spacious bathroom with shower and bath and own terrace.
