Casa Plumeria is located on the hill looking out towards the sunset, the Catalina Islands, the trails, the town filled with lively pedestrian streets, plazas, and shops. Covering three floors, this home integrates into the easygoing walkability of Calle Virginia and the lively sociability of Plaza Celaje. The upper floor has an oceanview terrace with a pool, bbq grill, and outdoor dining table. On the same level as the kitchen, living room, and dining room just inside, the entire top floor provides a diverse and versatile space to connect with each other. On the central floor, three bedrooms linked by covered outdoor hallways to nearby courtyard provide a personal connection to nature and the outdoors. Similarly, the master suite, with ensuite patio including an outdoor shower, outdoor tub, and seating allows for comfortable open air lounging and relaxation. The lower walk-out level also serves as a self-contained studio accessible directly from Plaza Celaje and the Beach Club that has its own living room, kitchen, and dining room, and outdoor terrace with a hammock and dining table. As a result, multiple groups traveling together can have their own space, then connect again whether inside Casa Plumeria or out wandering town and the nature of Las Catalinas. Favorite experiences of past guests have been sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, guided bike rides along the mountain biking trails, wine tastings at the Cava at Copper & Stone, and diving or snorkeling at the Catalina Islands.

A Space Large Enough For A Crowd, But Spacious Enough To Be Alone
The Plumeria is well situated: near the pool and beach club and close to the ocean. We grilled on the patio and ate at everyone of the restaurants. Oh, and the House Mom was a treasure. She made breakfast in the morning and left guacamole and salsa for our afternoon happy hour. Our family of 7, ranging in age from 78 - 17 had lots of space to be together and lots of porches, patios and alcoves to be alone.
