The space adds a gas grill, an outdoor wet bar with counter seating, and an outdoor table for al fresco dining. The space also includes an outdoor stereo system, and extends with a full outdoor living room, including comfortable seating. As well, you'll find a fire pit with additional seating almost right on the sand. It's almost impossible to distinguish the indoor space from the outdoor space, as the home transitions seamlessly from room to room, continuously blending outdoor living space with indoor space as you move from the outdoor terrace to the living room, to the interior courtyard. The home's main living room is graciously tucked away between massive glass doors on either side, leading in one direction to the rolling waves, and the other direction to a serene, almost Zen-like courtyard with additional seating and a fire feature. Even some of the five private bedrooms open to outdoor space, as guests wake up to the peacefulness of rolling waves and the nearby beachfront. The spa-like baths bring in the luxury of large soaking tubs and outdoor showers, as once again, the home effortlessly incorporates indoor/outdoor space into one. The home additionally adds in gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge, plus a main living room and an indoor dining table with space for ten. Directly overlooking the Sea of Cortez, West Enclave is part of the sophisticated and private RC Reserve Residences, close to the famed RCZ hotel, world-class golf, and a marina.
