Utopia Villa - Peter Bay, previously known as Areca Villa, is an extremely private tropical masterpiece! It is positioned high above Peter Bay giving expansive 180-degree views of the Caribbean from St Thomas to Tortola and the many cays and small islands in between. It's professional tropical landscaping, extensive outdoor living spaces and fully air-conditioned interior luxury, will calm even the most jangled nerves. The villa is located in exclusive Upper Peter Bay and nestled between the famous Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches. Utopia Villa guests have access to private Peter Bay beach as well, which is a few minutes' drive or a hillside walk down the private paved road. Parking is provided at the head of the beach path. The villa is unique in that it is situated on over 1 acre and is bordered by National Park to the east. To the west, a long, gated, expertly landscaped drive provides complete privacy. This is one of the most private villas in all of Peter Bay. It is truly a special and unique spot for your Caribbean dream vacation!! Utopia Villa boasts seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, the largest villa available to rent in all of Peter Bay. Six king bedrooms are en-suite. The Main House has five bedrooms and two bunk beds (four twin beds), six and a half baths. A spacious open-concept living area with dining, kitchen and TV room are located on the second floor. The Guest House has two bedrooms, two full baths. A full-house generator will automatically engage should there be an island power outage, which can happen frequently! We offer full, on-island concierge service that can assist you with private transfers from St Thomas to St John, jeep rentals at the villa-no lines to stand in, villa provisioning, welcome meals, boat trips (our new luxury Aquila 36 Catamaran arrives in the Fall of '22), fishing trips, activities and any special requests you might have. We additionally offer chef services, massages and yoga classes at the villa.
