The luxurious Villa Sax is on two levels with a lift and offers an ideal geographical area. It is a minute's drive from Saint Jean airport, a two minutes walk from Saint Jean Beach and Nikki Beach. It is also less than five minutes by car from Gustavia with its port, shops and restaurants. The property is surprisingly quiet. When the doors are closed and the air conditioning is on, the road noise becomes barely audible. On the upper level of Villa Sax, the modern, air-conditioned living room opens onto the heated infinity pool and ocean views. It has two white sofas with white and grey cushions and plaids, two white tables, a flat-screen high-definition television with French satellite, Apple TV and telephone as well as a guest toilet. The bright dining room offers a white table with six chairs. The air-conditioned kitchen opens to the living room and the dining room is elegant and well-equipped. The three bedrooms with ocean views are located on the ground floor, on one side the master bedroom which offers a king bed encrusted with an HDTV with French satellite programming, Apple TV, a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. On the other side of the living room is a small guest room with a king-size bed, flat-screen high-definition television with French satellite and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. This second bedroom is connected to the third bedroom and vice versa. It has a king-size bed, flat-screen high-definition television with French satellite, a small desk and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. It overlooks the Eden Rock in the far corner. The terrace offers deckchairs to enjoy the sun, sunbathing by the magnificent heated infinity pool with a view of the ocean and the lush tropical environment.

Location, Location, Location

Lovely modern place. You cannot beat the location as it is directly across from the beach near Nikki Beach. You can see the entrance from the Villa. Great to walk everywhere. Some of the doors were locked and could not be opened. Also, we were without water for a few hours for 2 days of our trip.
