Guests are advised to refrain from flushing any materials other than toilet paper. • Please note that no more than two items should be plugged into the extension cords in the kitchen to prevent the breaker from tripping. • Please note, guests are NOT permitted to pick fruit or avocados from the trees on the property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
