The villa built of white stucco and shaped like a yacht combines natural beauty with quiet elegance while offering unrivaled views across the crystalline Caribbean Sea to the mountains of St Maarten. The villa's has a protected harbor with boat deck and two small private coves which are seasonal. Sandy Point Beach is a short three minute boat ride or seven minute walk away. Rendezvous Bay with two miles of beach is also close by. The adjacent coral reef offers good snorkeling. The villa comes with a five passenger zodiac boat along with boatman for beach hopping, snorkeling and lobster fishing included in the rental rate. The house is fully air conditioned. The spacious living room and dining room is located on the upper level and opens onto two walkout terraces with stunning views. Amenities include a 55" LED TV, BOSE sound system, and office area. A state of the art Kitchen is fully equipped with brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets with extensive granite work tops. Choose to dine in either the indoor formal dining room or outdoors on the large deck near the gorgeous infinity pool in front of the main house. There are a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms on two levels, most with lovely sea views. On the upper level there are three bedrooms: The grand master bedroom with en suite marble bath, and a large private terrace. There are also two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower level has four additional bedrooms which includes a master bedroom with an en suite bath, a two bedroom family suite each with en suite baths, a seventh bedroom is located in a separate studio apartment with a private entrance, terrace and kitchenette All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, fans and LED TV and DVD players. Outside, there is a gracious infinity edge pool spilling over into the Caribbean Sea and an ocean front Jacuzzi. Access to the ocean is either off the private dock, down a half dozen steps to the seasonal private cove or via short boat rides or walks to nearby beaches.
