Surrounded by ancient olive trees and extensive gardens, Villa Alkhozama (meaning lavender in Arabic) is a two-bedroomed villa, which combines contemporary design with local materials, strong Moroccan colours and traditional craftsmanship. The house was designed by one of Morocco’s most renowned architects, Karim el Achak, from Agence Architecture Associati of Marrakech, with bespoke furniture and lighting by Colefax and Fowler’s design director, Philip Hooper. The villa descends from ground level to a lower level opening onto a twelve metre pool, with a large daybed and sun loungers. There is a shaded dining area, a living room with a fire place and a dining room with a domed ceiling with a vintage Moroccan light found in the souks. Villa Alkhozama can be rented independently or in conjunction with any of the other villas on the estate.

Villa Alkhozama is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:

Amenities and services available upon request (extra cost):
• A comprehensive wine list and we charge per open bottle
• One return airport transfer irrespective of the number of the guests, and there is a charge for an additional return airport transfer for a 7 seater vehicle
• A guided and accompanied tour to Medina is included. The additional guided tour (3-4 hrs) to the Souk/Medina is circa for 7 guests
• All excursions are extra and can be arranged by our Estate Manager
• A special evening with entertainment is an additional charge
