Villa Solis is a, newly renovated, 3-bedroom villa just steps from the white sands of Grace Bay Beach. A short 5-minute walk from Villa Solis brings you to a secluded section of Grace Bay Beach where you have access to Smith's Reef which is the best off-beach coral reef in Providenciales. The villa is in a prime location with 7 restaurants within walking distance and the IGA Supermarket just a few minutes by car. This modern open-concept villa features 3 bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom and private access to the spacious pool deck. The new island-contemporary design blends seamlessly with the outdoor spaces to create an ideal vacation rental for small families or friend groups. Guests are invited to sunbathe poolside on our spacious pool deck or cool off with a refreshing cocktail under our shaded porch area. The rooftop deck is the ideal space to do early morning yoga or enjoy one of the Turks and Caicos’ spectacular sunsets. Guests enter Villa Solis enter through a private gate and a short corridor that opens directly onto the villas central pool deck. Here you will find covered seating, outdoor dining, a propane BBQ grill and chez lounges all wrapped around the villas private pool. The entrance to the larger 2-bedroom pod is an accordion-style door that spans the entire living room and kitchen area. The living room and kitchen are awash with natural light and include ample seating, a 65” flatscreen TV and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. Opening the accordion-style doors allows guests to move seamlessly from the living room and fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor dining and expanded covered living space. The central kitchen and dining area is flanked on either side by 2 of the villas spacious 3 bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor walk-in showers, a king bed and private access to the central pool deck. The guest pod sits separately from the main building and offers additional privacy. This bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, a large walk-in closet and a private on-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower options. Villa Solis is a short 3-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach and includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler to be enjoyed on Grace Bay Beach. Guests are encouraged to bring or rent snorkelling equipment to experience Smith's Reef. Smith's Reef boasts the best off-beach snorkelling in Providenciales. Here you will see endless tropical fish, turtles and the occasional lazily meandering sting ray.

Lovely Villa In A Great Location

Villa Solis was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location, and all of the appliances and the Wifi worked perfectly. I would have liked to give a rating of 4.5 stars if possible. The Rental Escapes website still advertises that the porch (which includes the dining area) has screens; however, the local property manager indicated that they had been broken by a previous visitor. As someone who gets a severe reaction to bug bites, I was looking forward to having the screens available, and I would have appreciated receiving an advance heads-up that they were no longer functional. The other, more minor, issue was that there were not enough bowls, small glasses and glass wine glasses for the six adults in our group.

Perfect accommodation for our family of six. Private villa, with well-designed bedroom separation. Great location very close to Grace Bay Beach. Loved the accessibility to great snorkeling by walking. Enjoyed relaxing in the plunge pool. Bedrooms airy with ceiling fans and back up individual air conditioners. Thank you for supplying high chairs and pack and play.

Better Than All Inclusive Option

1st time in T&C for us. We prefer to have freedom of going and doing what we want vs feeling obligated to stay in all-inclusive option. Check in and check out we’re effortless. Location was short drives to whatever/wherever. Was a Short walk to beach. Able to drive car w beach load of cooler/chairs provided, to end of road and park. So that made things easier. Best snorkel reef was right there. Awesome option.
