The main living room is integrated with the dining area and kitchen, creating an open, loft-like feel. Sliding glass doors open out onto a balcony that runs the length of the apartment, which makes a great spot for a sunset apero while watching the yachts return to port. A 'vertical garden' decorates the wall at one end of the terrace, and a grill at the entrance to the kitchen makes hosting a barbecue simple. The kitchen itself is modern and designed for ease of use, with a large center island, Siemens appliances and a Lavazza espresso machine. The living and dining areas are light and open, with comfortable seating, a home theatre system, and a pleasing decor employing light wood and eggshell shades, fine art, and French country-style antique furniture. Also located on the second floor is the master bedroom, with a king bed, en-suite bath and a view of the flora in the building's central second-story courtyard. The bathroom is outfitted with fixtures by Gessi and Villeroy & Bosch and comes with the convenience of a washer and dryer. The second and third bedrooms and their shared bathroom are located one flight up, one with a queen bed and the other with a full. Natural wood floors and plenty of light give these rooms an open and airy feel.
