Property Description
The property is composed of the Main House offering 4 bedrooms and the Guest House with addition bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small living area and a kitchenette. Upon entrance to the main villa you will find yourself in a specious hall with antique pieces of art including marble statue and vases. The hall leads to the living room which is divided (by large sliding doors) into living and dining areas, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, marble lamps, large Flat screen TV and a beautiful white piano available to the villa guests. The dining room has a large wooden dining table seating a large group of guests. Both areas boast sliding panoramic doors with a direct access to the covered patio and garden. In the patio area, comfortably furnished with tables, chairs and two fans, the guests of the villa can enjoy either breakfast, main meal or Apéritif. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge with icemaker and a large table has a direct access to the garden where Pizza oven and BBQ areas are at guests’ disposal. A half bathroom with a marble sink completes this area.
