Property Description
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary. Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing! Nestled in the best oceanfront location at Tryall, Stella by the Sea offers everything you could dream of for a luxurious getaway. This villa checks all the boxes with a private beach, two pools, a spa, expansive gardens, a private cinema, and rooms that open up to the sound and sight of the ocean. The villa boasts five spacious bedrooms, an Italianate-style courtyard, a state-of-the-art movie theater, and a gourmet kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven. With stunning views and a top-tier location, Stella by the Sea is truly a one-of-a-kind escape. A perfect blend of Caribbean and Italian influences, the architecture brings the outdoors in, making the ocean always within sight and earshot. The villa features a primary suite and two guest bedrooms facing the ocean, all with Apple TV or Roku and access to Netflix and Prime for movie nights. The guest cottage has two additional bedrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen. The main house and cottage bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. Enjoy a bar, sunset views, a dining room seating 14, and two pools, one saltwater and one chlorine-free. Sonos is installed throughout, and a movie theater offers the latest tech for movie buffs. For the eco-conscious, the villa is solar-powered and uses rainwater for irrigation. Please note: Stella by the Sea has two resident house dogs.
