From Palmetto Pavilion, you will find oceanfront views from the living area and two bedrooms, as well as the two oceanfront decks. Next, you need entertainment for a perfect vacation. Located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, your family will find two ocean-front swimming pools, a beach café and bar, an ice cream shop, and a beach shop all steps away from Palmetto Pavilion. Nightly and weekend entertainment can often be found on the Boardwalk during the Summer Season. Finally, to make the perfect vacation, you need wonderful accommodations. Originally designed as a small bed and breakfast, Palmetto Pavilion has plenty of room for your family. Each bedroom features new solid surface flooring, a full bath, HVAC control, and a smart television. Bedding includes two king beds and four queen beds. With many new enhancements, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the first level and provide a comfortable location for your family to gather and share their many experiences at the beach. Once the stories have ended, everyone can enjoy the large flat screen television or head back to the beach for an evening filled with fun, looking for sand crabs or maybe sand dollars. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.

• 3 parking spaces available
• Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately
• To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival

(Not needed off-season.) • • • The pools are open year round but are not heated. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
