Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. • Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. • Lake levels may vary. This dock is beached. • This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults. • Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property • The kayaks onsite are not available for guest use. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
