For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula's most sought-after attractions. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax. • SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. • No events or parties are allowed at this property. • This home has 3 sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note that the jukebox is non-operational. • Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Please note that the slot machines are non-operational and are for decoration only. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
