Atlantic Breeze Abode has a unique floor plan, perfect for large groups. The first level of this home features four bedrooms. In the primary bedroom is a king bed, access to the oceanfront deck, and a wonderful bathroom with a garden tub. The three other first-level bedrooms each offer a king bed as well. The living room, sitting room, kitchen, and dining room are located on the second level, featuring amazing oceanfront views from just about everywhere on this floor. The living room features a 66" TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and finished with granite countertops and has been renovated to include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas cooktop, and an ice maker. An additional refrigerator is located in the garage. The second-level bedroom features a queen bed, while the third level makes the perfect sleeping arrangement for all the kids. Three bedrooms located on the third level feature a total of seven twin beds. The crew upstairs will have a blast away from the parents down below. When it is time to leave the house, you will find Sullivan’s Island and Fort Moultrie only 10 minutes away, as well as the City of Mt. Pleasant with its shopping and restaurants, including the dining choices on Shem Creek. Historic Charleston is only 20 minutes from Atlantic Breeze Abode. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.

• You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. • Elevator is not for guest use. • This home does not offer pool heat. • Guests must supply their own beach towels. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Driveway accommodates 7 cars. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
