Methamis 13 is located in the Ventoux region, to the north of the Luberon region. The house dated from 1760, refurbished in 2015 is set on three hectares of glorious Provence countryside with lawn, meadow, vineyard, pine woods and garrigue to explore. It sleeps 13 people in seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property is formed in a U around the courtyard. The front of the house is west-facing, and enjoys a beautiful sunset. Under a pergola is a seating area and the outside dining table, as well as a barbecue. On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen create a large light-filled living space thanks to the many windows and french doors. You will love the exposed beams, the natural stone, and Terracotta flooring, as well as the hand-picked quality furnishings which make this sumptuous country house a Provence gem! With the long swimming pool, the pétanque court, the outdoor tennis table and soccer table, the children hut, zipline, swing and slide, there will be activities for everyone, and if not enough, as the property is located just on the doorstep is the Mont Ventoux, it provides a spectacular landscape for hiking, biking or driving from village to village.
