On the first floor, the jacuzzi and pool converge with the living room, dining room, and kitchen in a large open-plan space that integrates the indoor and outdoor experience, enhanced by fully folding doors. The well-appointed bar with an ice machine has a 75” TV where you can enjoy the sporting events and a round table to play your favorite board games while enjoying delicious mixed drinks and cocktails. Villa Punta Sam has 6 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with the capacity to host up to 21 guests. On the second floor, the Arrecife primary suite with a king size bed, a very spacious bathroom, and a private terrace. The two Junior Suites Cielo and Mangle with queen size beds, share a terrace and each allows you to enjoy a bath in a tub overlooking the ocean. On the first floor, the primary suite Mar with a king size bed grants you the freedom to take a step towards the garden, the pool and the Caribbean Sea whenever you want. The Arena Double Room with two double beds and a view on the front garden is ideal for teenagers because it is also designed as a game room, here you will find the Xbox. An pneumatic vacuum elevator that uses air to go up and down, worthy of a superhero’s lair, connects the three floors. At the top, a semi-covered terrace on the roof with views that will take your breath away. The rooftop has a huge woven hammock, sunbathing area, dining room, barbecue, fridge and restroom. Ideal for a fantastic meeting, a party event or a relaxing yoga class with 360º views of the sea and jungle. We have 4 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddleboards available for guest use. Our well-trained staff is attentive and ready to help you satisfy your wishes. Villa Punta Sam is just a few steps away from the Mayan ruins known as “El Meco” a predominant worship center for Ixchel, the Mayan goddess of love and fertility. Not far from the Villa’s beachfront you will find the largest coral reef in the northern hemisphere, a marine ecosystem with a large number of protected species and MUSA, the underwater art museum of Cancun. This property bestows you with splendid sunrises and numerous bird colonies such as pelicans, herons, cormorants and frigates that arrive with the first sun rays. *Kindly consider the dock next to Villa Punta Sam is private property and docking is not allowed.

Our Stay At Villa Punta Sam Was Magical!

Our stay at Villa Punta Sam was magical! The property was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. The staff, especially Nestor, were amazing. They kept us feeling spoiled all week. Top notch, food and drinks. I would highly recommend this property!

New Years Paradise

Our extended family (13 of us) spent New Years week at Villa Punta Sam to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The house was perfect for a week of swimming and visiting. Nestor and his team did a wonderful job providing us with delicious meals and Ally kept us supplied with interesting and tasty drinks and the rest of the support staff provided us with super service. The easy access to the beach and the indoor hot tub provided something for everyone. We watched fireworks in all directions from the rooftop terrace and the cabana overlooking the beach and pool provided a great spot to relax with a book or a drink (or both). The gated property and onsite security made us all feel safe during our stay. We could not have asked for a more perfect set up for our group and felt the cooperation and attention to detail by the staff exceeded our expectations.
