Also located in the primary suite is a high-efficiency washer and dryer. The second primary also features a king-sized bed. Both primary suites offer access to the golf course patio. The third guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed and direct pool patio access, while the fourth guest bedroom features dual twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. There is a mosaic tile in-ground pool and spa, enjoying views of the rugged mountains rising from the west. The large great room features a gas fireplace, media area with large TV, billiards table, and sunken bar area. Located in the Indian Canyons neighborhood, it is just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive, offering the finest in dining, shopping, art and culture. Permit #2385
