Armonia is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a Housekeeper, Cook (Breakfast 9:00am-10:30am, lunch 12:00pm-1:30pm, and 3 dinners per week 7:00pm-9:00pm), Laundry Service (two loads per week), garden and pool maintenance
• Electricity, A/C, water and gas, heating, and final cleaning
• Mid-week change of bath towels (if requested)
• Grocery service (as part of the housekeeping time) to be requested 24 hours in advance
• Crib and highchair for children under 3 years old
• Air conditioning (bedrooms only)

• Events or private parties not allowed, unless prior authorization • Laundry facilities for villa staff use only • Pets not allowed • All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged • The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven/fourteen days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
