• Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, there are two large garage units available and reserved for only guests. • This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. • Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Once installed by our local team, the bed is not designed to be moved by guests. You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay. • During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • The garage accommodates 2 cars.
