Known as the Isle of Beauty, Corsica is the perfect place to get plenty of sun. The jewel of the Mediterranean Sea is a beautiful island where you truly feel in paradise. First-time visitors frequently arrive expecting a clone of France, but the island has its own unique atmosphere and heritage which owes as much to Italy as it does to the Hexagon. The villa is at a short distance from the beach: 5-minute drive, 10-minute walk. There are many trails to walk along the coves with their transparent, turquoise waters. Porto-Vecchio, South Corsica: 5-minutes' drive to beaches. 10-minutes' drive from the centre of Porto-Vecchio. 30-minutes' drive from the Sperone Golf Course. Figari airport: 20-minutes' drive. Ajaccio airport: one hour and a half by car. 1-hour flight from Marseilles.
