• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine. • AC units cannot be lowered past 72 degrees. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. • Please note that the front gate is to stay open at all times per the owner's request. It is only a decorative gate and is not for security purposes. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
