Located inside the world-class resort community of Punta Mita, our private villa is located on the 7th fairway of one of two Nicklaus signature golf courses. La Serenata features a private heated pool and hot tub, spacious yard with exceptional views, and premier membership to all of the resort amenities. Set into the hillside next to the golf course, the villa is centrally located for easy access to all activities, but feel free to use the six-person golf cart! The relaxed living and dining areas open to the beautiful pool deck and verdant yard. Relax in the outdoor lounge area that features a barbecue area for grilling the day's catch, an outdoor dining table that seats eight, a private heated pool, a spa and an outdoor covered bed. A completely furnished gourmet kitchen is ready for a professional chef or just your morning coffee. The main level king bedroom and three more king bedrooms on the upper level each have a private en-suite bathroom, cable television and wireless internet. An additional full bath and powder room are located on the main level. The primary suite offers lovely views from its private deck overlooking the Nicklaus golf course and enticing backyard.
