Pleasures In Paradise

The Perfect Covid Retreat ...

Staying at Baie Longue Beach House during these extraordinary times was the best experience for quite some time - beautiful and well maintained property at a perfect location i.e. right on the beach, and with a very friendly and efficient staff. We were picked up at the airport as planned, had the rental car waiting for us at the villa, and the kitchen perfectly prepared with pre-ordered food. During the week we had the beach practically for ourselves, and also enjoyed trips to Marigot and Grand Case. Overall, we felt very safe and surrounded by friendly people. Yes we had to go through a Covid test in order to be able to fly back to the US but that was very manageable as well. Overall, we felt very blessed to be able to get away for a week, and wished we could have stayed longer ...!
