Balinise Vacation In Malibu

The very first moment we saw this property online we fell in love with it. The online pictures are already super impressive and representative. In person it is awe inspiring! Once you get on PCH from the 10 freeway, its roughly another 25 miles casual coastal drive towards the secluded dream home. As you pull up, the first impression is the handsome double Ipe gates. You could barely see the house as it sits lower. Your anticipation is running high and adrenaline rushing. The gates open, as you anxiously and cautiously drive down toward the gigantic pivotal glass entrance is the moment your dream becomes reality. The contemporary architecture detail and interior design are stunning and well balanced. Ipe exterior, high Ipe ceilings, and wooden millwork generates warmth in the house. The entire ocean facing side are lined with gigantic glass sliding panels that disappears into the wall. The amenities are uncomplicated but luxurious and like new. Main kitchen, dining room and living room are all part of the humongous great room. There is also a second working kitchen/butler pantry for the real cooking, a bar, and BBQ. All with Subzero and Wolf appliances. The house is automated thru Crestron system, and Aqualink for pools. List goes on and on... The air is fresh, night is dark but filled with stars. This is truly nostalgic experience.
