Clerestory windows fill the common spaces with angelic light that spills over thoughtfully chosen furniture and cool tile floors. There’s a kitchen, dining area, and lounge space complete with a widescreen television. Each suite has its own charm, but one lucky guest can stay in the casita, complete with an outside entrance, patio, and outdoor shower. The primary bedroom also features a walk-in shower meant for two. Throw open the French doors and step into the backyard, with its deep linear lap pool, large, well-maintained patios, fountain, and gardens. The landscape is, indeed, green: a luscious natural space contrasting against the browns, purples, and greys of the mountains. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Per the City of Palm Springs, all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. We will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. • During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. • A maximum of 3 cars can park onsite. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
