Best Vacation Experience In Years!
We were referred to Rental Escapes by a friend. What a WONDERFUL recommendation. Every aspect of the process was easy and enjoyable. From finding the villa, securing rental cars and delivery food, to assisting with dinner and SCUBA diving reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend using this amazing team for your next travel plans. New Years Eve Getaway
We had a wonderful time at the villa but there were a few things that could use improvements. 1) Due to air traffic control, our flight arrival time was moved. We relayed this to our concierge but the taxi driver who transported us to the villa made several comments about having to wait for us which was uncomfortable. 2) Our pre-arranged rental car was not there upon arrival as promised. Thrifty showed up later in the evening with the wrong car and promised a new one by the next day, Friday. By Saturday we still never received our car and went to Thrifty ourselves. They got us the original car, a four door jeep, and said we would receive a discount. We did not. 3) Upon arrival to the home, one of the bedroom's air conditioners was broken. While the owners fixed this by the next day, we would hope this would be checked prior to the guests arrival. Once the new unit was fixed, the unit in the living room stopped working. We did not report this as we were trying to just enjoy our vacation. 4) The dishwasher had pieces falling off which the housekeeper was able to fix but this would be another point to have the villa inspected prior to check in Positive items to note: 1) We loved the pool area at the home, very relaxing and comfortable 2) We very much enjoyed our on island concierge who checked in on us 3) The housekeeper was outstanding! 4) The chef was very enjoyable as well but the menu did not match the one emailed to us
