A dining space with a massive rectangular table that can accommodate up to twelve guests is set up facing the large floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto the terrace. In a green vegetal frame, the kitchen is very functional and well-equipped and has a breakfast bar perfect for a snack at any time. At the back, there is a charming and private patio perfect for relaxation in a zen atmosphere. On the terrace, you’ll enjoy the outstanding panorama of the Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon, the surrounding hills and the ocean. A beautiful heated swimming pool is in front of the magnificent view, gently swept by the ocean breeze while you’re comfortably sitting on the lounge chairs or in the outdoor living room on a sofa covered with soft cushions. The fifth room is on the upper floor of the property and is in an independent bungalow.
