Villa Verde is the ultimate relaxed beach house, located approx two miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta on a fabulous white sandy beach. The spacious 11,000 square foot villa offers the best of indoor outdoor living, the open air living dining area under the soaring Palapa flow out to the pool and terrace, with the beach one level below. The villa showcases the best of Coastal architecture with natural stone walls, open brick work and one of the tallest Palapas in the area. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining and very well equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with a heated pool with lounging areas and outdoor dining. GENERAL SAFETY AND CHILDREN: This is a private villa without a lifeguard (staff are not CPR certified) on duty, the staff are not responsible for watching over any children or adults. Guests must use caution on the property around the pool and jacuzzi areas, on balconies, terraces and rooftops, especially when consuming alcohol. Guests should not leave children unattended, a responsible adult must accompany children at all times, especially near the pool, jacuzzi or the beach. Guests agree to respect safety rules for pools: no running, diving or pushing and no glass or breakable items near the pool. Guests agree to use caution and not lean or hang over railings on balconies, terraces and rooftops. Mexican law does not require a fence or safety net around pools.
