The hacienda sits nestled on a 6-acre jungle estate with 328 feet of pristine beachfront situated just off its spacious, arched terraces, and is also bordered by the fishing paradise of the Campechen Lagoon. The house has a big living/dining area and features opportunities from all directions to contemplate and enjoy the lush vegetation, the myriads of tropical birds, and the spectacular turquoise colours of the sea, all with maximum exclusivity and privacy. It has a fully fitted (equipped) kitchen, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms (four ensuites) and plenty of outside terraces. Additional Rate information:

• Maximum 8 guests • No pets or smoking • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) • There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash • Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed. • It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition. • Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
