Golden Clouds Country Estate is a spectacular waterfront villa located in the picturesque village of Oracabessa. Fifteen minutes from Ocho Rios, on Jamaica's fabled North Coast and neighboring Ian Fleming’s "Golden Eye", this 6-acre gated estate luxuriously accommodates larger groups and is our most popular villa for family reunions and weddings. Golden Clouds is on a rise, overlooking its own private, palm-fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. The villa has fantastic snorkeling and diving reefs and spectacular views of the Jamaican coastline and sunsets. The main house has 13 bedrooms. The Garden Villa, located on the other side of the tennis court, has 2 bedrooms, a separate swimming pool, a living and dining area, and a small kitchen. The main house common areas include a large living room, which opens directly onto multi-level terraces running the entire waterfront length of the estate. The indoor dining area is directly off the living room and overlooks the sea. A large game room off the pool and an air-conditioned exercise room/gym with pool access are also common areas. The large freshwater pools (two) at the main house and cottage have shallow areas for beginners and deeper areas for more advanced swimmers. A thatched roof gazebo, a recreation, game, and exercise room all make for an active outdoor setting. A professional tennis court (pro available), basketball practice, shuffleboard, children's playground with swings, croquet, and ping pong complete the outdoor amenities. T he villa has a gorgeous white sand beach (man-made, and slightly raised above sea level) with coconut palms, thatched hut and tables, a fresh water shower, lounge chairs, and night lights. For over 100 years, guests have enjoyed swimming at Golden Clouds, and the villa is well known for its beautiful reefs, located directly in front of the property’s 500 ft of shoreline. Golden Clouds is adjacent to Goldeneye (Ian Fleming's winter home) and features the same gentle current, abundance of tropical fish, and beautiful turquoise waters shared by the two magnificent properties. Access to the sea is provided by stone-cut stairs and well-constructed ladder steps at various locations along the water’s edge. A swimming platform for guests is anchored offshore and provides a great place for sunbathing and diving. A child-friendly wading pool with sheltered lagoon is also featured along Golden Cloud’s shoreline. For the more adventurous guests, Golden Clouds provides complimentary use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment.

• Please note that bookings must be from a Saturday to Saturday or within this period • Additional bedroom with a queen bed available for an additional cost. • Minimum of 10 bedroom bookings during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter as well as for weddings • Personal laundry done Tuesdays and Thursdays only, $10/load on any other day • The villa requires a one-week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. Wedding and party bookings require a full week booking of 10 bedrooms or more • Staff gratuity - 13% charged for accommodations-only bookings (if you take advantage of the all-inclusive plan, then tips are included along with meals from the menu and transportation) • No SUPs because of the coral reef
