With the same thought, care, and design, the backyard retreat extends into the interior of 3405 Cameron. Simply put, this home is the ideal house at the beach! First, the entrance is on the ground level with the main living level, which also features three bedrooms. This makes the house perfect for any family members who would prefer not to deal with steps, which is very unusual on the island. Even the cabinetry in the kitchen features boat cleat pull knobs. The first level features the dining area with seating for eight, plus three additional seats at the bar. There is a bunkroom just off the upper-level primary bedroom with a bunk bed perfect for kids. This room does not have a separate door, and access to the room is through the primary bedroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first level, which share a bathroom. The first features a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. A folding chair in the bunk room turns into a single-bed pallet. The second has a beautiful queen bed. Finally, the living area on the second floor is designed to be comfortable and fun! It features a large wrap-around sofa with extra seating and a large television. The sofa (queen), as well as the adjacent chair (single), are both sleepers that each feature an upgraded foam mattress to provide additional options for bedding. In addition, a ping pong table is set up, just off the living space. This area has direct access to a deck overlooking the backyard retreat and a spacious screen porch that features a porch swing bed in addition to other deck furniture. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • There are 2 parking spots available. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
