Property Description
Frangipani is the newest of luxury villas on the historic Prospect Estate. The spacious living room is equipped with a satellite TV, VCR, telephone, and stereo system. The central veranda leads out to a large pool with a sun deck and steps to a sea terrace for viewing the ocean. Swimming is not recommended at Frangipani due to currents and rocks. The famous Bamboo Beach Club is located just one-quarter mile away from sandy beach swimming. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and jitney tours, all within an easy 5-minute walk of the villa. Guests receive discounts on greens fees from Sandals Upton Golf Club and horseback riding. The house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress, and all-night security.

Additional Rate information:
• Please note there is a 10% service charge for pre-stocking food and beverages. • The villa requires a 4-night full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests. Additionally, there is a damage deposit. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
