Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay (maximum temperature of 86). Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. • Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
