To accommodate the perfect beach vacation for such a big group, Beachcomber's Paradise features a huge swimming pool, two living rooms, wrap-around decks, a pool table, and seven flat-screen televisions. Best of all, Beachcomber's Paradise is only one house away from the beach and offers many outstanding views! The first floor of Beachcomber's Paradise features four bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature king beds, and the fourth room has two twins. Also featured on the first level is the den with a pool table, exterior deck, and laundry room. The second floor features three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with private baths. The third room has three twins (one bunk bed and one single) with a half bath off the living room. The balance of the second floor includes the kitchen, dining, and living area, and a spacious deck overlooking the pool. Ideally, Beachcomber's Paradise is located just across from the Wild Dunes Resort Gate and near the Citadel Beach House. It is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (5.9 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (6.1 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (15 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens. With so many ways for your family to stay entertained, including a beautiful beach, plenty of deck space, and a gorgeous pool, your clan will love Beachcomber's Paradise! • You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. • Due to the heat and humidity of the Lowcountry, we have installed a portable AC unit in the second king bedroom on the top floor to help keep the area more comfortable. • This pool cannot be heated. • There is a hot tub on the property but it is not currently operational. • Guests must supply their own beach towels. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Driveway accommodates 7 cars. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
