Sunny Bay Estates is located on a peninsula overlooking the warm waters of Silly Creek. This gated community offers four spectacularly appointed luxury vacation villas, white sandy beaches, private pools, kayaks paddle boards and spectacular sunsets. Guests arriving at Sunny Bay Estates will receive a complimentary VIP shuttle to and from the airport. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a butler and given a full orientation of this spectacular property and its amenities. Each guest will have access to an on-call butler and a daily turndown service. Sunny Bay Estate 4 is a luxurious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home. Each room is awash with natural light and spectacular waterfront views. As you enter you are greeted by a spacious open-concept kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room with a 55" TV. The best part of this space is that you have ocean views from all angles. The wall-to-wall sliding doors look out over the villas covered and sun decks, where you are invited to grill, dine, or just lounge while enjoying your favourite music on the home's surround sound system. Also, located on the main floor are a spacious ground-level master suite with a large master bathroom and a king bed. Further down the hallway is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom and walk-in showers. Just up two flights of stairs, you will find the third guest bedroom. This bedroom has two queen beds, a private sundeck with seating as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom. Just across the hallways is the master suite. This space is truly the focus and high point of this villa. Guests enter through a double door to a spacious closet and full-length mirror on their left. Do your right is a 200-square-foot bathroom with a luxurious stand-alone tub in the center. Also included in the master suite are his and her sinks, a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet with a bidet. Just past the master bathroom is the master bedroom with a king bed that looks straight through glass sliding doors and out onto the primary suite's private deck with chez lounges and spectacular elevated views of Silly Creek.
