• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature that must be requested 48 hours before check-in. • Spa heat can be requested for $100 plus tax/night. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Pool can be heated for $350 plus tax/day. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. • No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 8 cars. The garage is not available for parking. No street parking. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
